Pay & Collect -

Please always leave a mobile number when ordering this way!

Customers will receive a text message stating when their item is ready for collection. We do not keep all items in stock due to it being a small store, so we may have to order in the item you have ordered. This will be done as fast as possible and you will be notified as to when it is in stock for you. So please wait for your collection text to avoid coming into to an item not being ready.

Online Exclusive items - These can take up to two weeks to arrive but usually arrive to us in a few days. Please bare this in mind when ordering a online exclusive item as we do not usually keep these in stock.

Pre-orders -

We aim to have all Pre-orders ready for collection/postage on the date of release, however these dates are subject to change and as we can not guarantee when we receive our deliveries, there may be times when the items are not ready on release date but a short time after. Items ordered after our last order time of the week of release will then be rolled onto the next weeks order.

Refunds & Cancellations -

Refunds are not accepted on listed damaged or sale items, unless it is different to that stated on the product listing. No returns accepted for those which received minor damage in the mail, for example a damaged box/packaging. If a product itself is damaged we will arrange to refund this for you once the item is return.

Refunds are accepted on everything else, but will need to be returned at buyers cost.

Special order items such as the Dc Legion of collectors, Marvel collectors corps and Smugglers Bounty boxes - We can not do anything about damaged boxes that might arrive in these boxes, Funko themselves will not replace damages, so im afraid we can not. 

Returns & cancellations not accepted on ANY international orders.

Should an item be unavailable to complete an order, this will be refunded as soon as possible to the original payment method.
