Shipping is a flat UK rate of £6.20 per order, this covers up to anything we can fit in a medium parcel safely. Should the items be too large for this, they will either be individually priced for postage, or we will have to send another invoice for additional postage. If you would like to check if your order will incur any extra postage, don't hesitate to ask us before buying.

Should you require just a small item that does not need the £6.20 postage such as a pin badge or similar, contact us and we will be happy to provide a discount code that allows you to reduce the cost, to compensate.

We ship everything in sturdy boxes, bubble wrapped and padded where need, such as pops and figures etc to make sure they arrived in top condition.

Sadly we can not always make sure that the couriers treat your parcels well, should an item arrived with minor dents or creases to the boxes, we simply can not replace these, as it would be too expensive for either party, and we would of taken every care in protecting the item when it left us. If an item is completely destroyed or lost however we will refund and make a claim for the item.

We do ship overseas but you would need to message for a quote, or we will send an invoice for the additional amount once an order has been placed.We will not refund if you change your mind once the order has been placed and additional invoice sent. We do not accept returns on non UK orders. Cancellations will now be charged a 15% restocking fee.
