Spin the spinner to see where on Pete’s face a pimple extraction is needed.
Try and draw the pimple, and the following stream of pus, out of Pete’s face as gently as you can, with only two fingers!
Whoever manages to extract the most pimples is the winner and Pete’s hero, but watch out for the extra sore mega-zit on Pete’s nose!
If you’re not careful your zit extraction will pop the sensitive mega-zit, and you’ll get sprayed with pus and lose the game.
